7% + GST Rental Management:

1 Week + GST Letting Fee:

-Advertising on internet
-For Rent Sign
-Prospective tenant viewing
-Tenancy default database check
-Tenant Rental history and reference check
-Entry Condition Report with hundreds of detail photos
-RTA Tenancy Agreement + our comprehensive special conditions  
-Bond lodgement

Periodic Inspections $40 per inspection:

Periodic inspections are carried out every three to six months. Following each inspection, a Routine Inspection Report is sent to landlord with a general update of the tenant’s level of care of the property and any recommendations of maintenance required. 


We will not carry out any repairs to your property in excess of your nominated amount without first obtaining your approval. 

Changing of Rental Management

You can terminate with your existing rental management agency by giving them 30 days notice in writing..
