6% + GST Rental Management:

-Rent collection and disbursement

1 Week + GST Letting Fee:

-Advertising on internet

-RTA Tenancy Agreement + our comprehensive special conditions  
-Bond lodgement

Periodic Inspections $40 per inspection:

Periodic inspections are carried out every three to six months. Following each inspection, a Routine Inspection Report is sent to landlord with a general update of the tenant’s level of care of the property and any recommendations of maintenance required. 

Repairs:

We will not carry out any repairs to your property in excess of your nominated amount without first obtaining your approval. 

Getting Started – Rent Ready Assessment

Prior to listing your property, we will carry out a Rent Ready inspection. We will make a full assessment of your property’s current state and desirability. This is designed to assist you in aligning your expectations to market demands, reducing potential vacancy periods and therefore maximising your return. We will also recommend any improvements to increase the desirability of your property to potential tenants. This may include both practical additions, such as ceiling fans, air conditioning or cosmetic improvements like touching up the walls.

Changing of Rental Management

You can terminate with your existing rental management agency by giving them 30 days notice in writing.
